For anyone looking to see if trovua is a decent company, it is. They care enough to email and reply here. Left a bad review at first because I wasn't sure if it was UPS's fault..again or this company screwing up which isn't fair, I admit but we were nervous and concerned when the delivery date kept being pushed back ( which were all done without messaging us) I still think telling someone to calm down after having it pushed back from Friday to Monday to Wednesday can make anyone nervous especially when you do what I did which is use the 14 day wait period on paying, yes there's 14 days for delivery but we were told specific days which is why we were getting upset. I knew the package wasn't lost just didn't know whether or not it was legit as thos was my first time buying from this company. Got our package it was a medium cement pot which was oddly light but at least we were able to bring it up to where we live. The reason we were hoping for home delivery was our intention of getting a bigger pot later on as we like 15 minutes away from town and we have some slopes and no way of carrying heavy items...I suppose this isn't Trouva but UPS again though...My advice to Trouva is not to use UPS as a delivery service in sweden. Use DHL or honestly ANYONE else...In the U.S, UPS is decent but you just have look at the reviews on here on the UPS.se to see they are awful and more often then not unreliable and will cause people to get mad at everyone involved with the item.

The dress I bought was very competitive on price and really lovely. Unfortunately the fit wasn’t great on me so I returned it. Trouva was very communicative and refunded me very quickly. I would shop with them again.

this is the second occasion i have ordered goods when the money has been taken, and i am then informed they are out of stock and a refund will be made in 3 to 5 working days. Dont take the order and the money if the goods are not in stock!
